How to Book – Broadridge Mews

Check the applicable rental charge (see our Price Chart).
Telephone or email to find out the availability for your proposed booking date.
Print and complete the Booking Application Form.
Send your completed Booking Application Form together with your cheque for the required payment (as specified in paragraph 7 of the form).
Upon receipt of your Booking Application Form, the owners will check the details. Everything being in order, and when the payment is cleared, a Booking Confirmation Form will be sent to you.

Short breaks of 3 days or more may be possible if booked within one month of the arrival date, but require specific agreement.
Access to the property will be after 4.00pm on arrival day.
Guests must leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.
No smoking is allowed in the property.
The property should be left in the same state of cleanliness as found on arrival.
The owners should be informed of any breakages with any payment required for replacement to be made prior to departure.
